Your data

We act on minimum required personal data policy that can serve the purpose of the app.

We use the following systems where your data may be stored if you share it with us:

• SeizAware app: protected database on the server stores following data: email address of the account holder
• Website: protected database stores following data: email address if you sign-up for e-news
• Stripe (3rd party payment servie) stores following data: email address and other personal data required to perform transactions for the membership

Data access is protected to system owners and management personnel with strict access policies.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies on the website. No personal tracking cookies or advertising systems cookies are used on our website.

Embedded content from other websites

How long we retain your data

SeizAware app data is retained in following manner:

• sensor reading data: up to 30 days
• journal data: until the device or account is removed (you can remove the device in the app)

Emailing system data:

• your email address is saved for as long as you are signed up for the e-news. Once you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the database.

Stripe data:

• data in Stripe is maintained as long as it is legally required to keep the financial data

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
